    Juice of 1 Orange
    1 T fresh Orange Zest
    2 T low Sodium Soy Sauce
    1/4 C Beef Broth
    1/3 C Orange Marmalade
    2 T Cornstarch
    1 t Sesame Oil
    1.25 # of Thin Sirloin Tip Steak, sliced into thin strips
    2 t garlic, minced
    1 head of Broccoli, washed & cut into bite size pieces


1. Mix first 6 ingredients, whisking until the cornstarch is dissolved. Steam broccoli until tender crisp. Just a few minutes.
2. Heat the oil in skillet over high heat. Add the steak and garlic, draining off excess fat after a few minutes. Flip the pieces until each is cooked through and the meat is browned.
3. Add the sauce to the pan and stir for 1 minute until this sauce starts to thicken. Remove from heat and stir in broccoli. Serve over rice.
