    12 oz.Beef, top sirloin, 12 oz
    4 medium potatoes chopped
    1 can Petite cut diced Tomatoes
    1 small onion chopped
    2 cloves of garlic chopped fine
    1 large stalk of celery chopped
    1 med. green pepper chopped
    1 quart beef broth low sodium fat free
    1 tsp black pepper
    pinch of rosemary


Brown beef in hot pot, Rough chop all vegetables. Add onions, garlic and celery. Cook until just softened. Add potatoes, green peppers and beef stock. Season with black pepper, rosemary and any other seasoning you like.
Cook until meat and vegetables are tender.

Serving Size: makes 8 1-cup servings
