    *Breakstone's 4% Cottage Cheese, 1 cup (remove)
    *Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, 6 tbsp (remove)
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 50 grams (remove)
    Powdered Sugar, 100 grams (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Powdered Sugar, 4 tbsp, unsifted (remove)
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)


Do not bake it until brown, let it be rather whiteish instead. Next day even better.


Mix cottage cheese and 100 grams of powdered sugar. Slowly add the milk and flour while mixing. Add 5 tbsp oil, baking powder, salt. Mix the dough by hand then roll it to flat, half inch thick square. Oil the top with 1 tbsp oil, then add mixture of 4 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp cocoa powder. Roll up, cut in 12 equal pieces. Bake at 180 (hot air) for 15 minutes. Let it rest until cool.
