    Betty Crocker Supermoist Party Cake Mix, 0.75 cup
    *Flour, white, 0.5 cup
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 1 cup
    Egg - Eggbeaters, 0.25 cup
    Baking Powder, 0.5 tsp
    Vanilla, 0.5 tsp


Mix all ingredients together until almost smooth. Some lumps are ok.

In a preheated skillet spray non stick spray.

Scoop pancake batter onto skillet.

Cook for 2-3 minutes on first side or until batter starts to bubble around the edges.

Flip and cook for 1-2 minutes on the second side.

Serve with melted frosting or syrup.

Serving Size: 4 pancakes scant 1/4 cup batter each
