    1 whole large egg
    1/4 cup slmond milk
    3 tbsp. extra virgin oil
    7 0z. pre-mixed Marie Callander's muffins
    1/8 cup pieces of walnuts
    1/8 cup pieces of pecans
    2 tbsp flax seed meal
    1/4 cup mashed bananas
    1/8 cup unsweetened cocunut flakes


This is a modified recipe from the original in the muffin mix. Exchanged butter for olive oil and added nuts and flax seed. The cocunut garnish gives it a tasty touch.


Mix all ingrediens except cocunut flakes until consistency for muffins.
Spray muffin pan with Pam.
Fill muffins containers.
Garnish muffins
Place in pre-heated oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 6 medium size muffins
