Number of Servings: 1


    1 cup of cauliflower, riced
    1 large egg
    1 cup of mozzarella cheese (can be reduced)
    1/2 tsp of italian seasoning
    2 tsp garlic powder
    pizza sauce
    shredded mozzarella for topping


Tends to stick to my pan, grease well.


Preheat oven to 450. Rice cauliflower. Place 1 c. into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 7-8 minutes. Allow to cool. Stir in 1 egg, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, 1/2 tsp of italian seasoning and 2 tsps of garlic powder. Grease a pizza pan and press dough mixture into a 9" round pizza crust. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and add pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings. Return to oven to melt and heat toppings. Remove and serve.
