    1/2 cup Oats, made into flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 scoop Vanilla Whey
    1 tbsp greek yogurt
    1/4 cup pumpkin purée
    1/4 cup milk of choice (skim used here)
    2 egg whites


Mix ingredients and fry in pan for 30 sec each side, should make 4 pancakes.
