Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Salt, 2 dash
    Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp
    Dates, 3 date
    Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
    Honey, 1 tbsp
Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp, 1 tbsp
    Lemon Zest, 1 tsp

Grind chia seeds and blend in other ingredients. Makes one energy gel pack for running or cycling.
Multiply ingredients and use a food processor to blend. Use a pastry bag to fill homemade seal a meal pouches for taking with you on your activity. Alternately you can use a Ziploc bag with the corner cut off and taped over to take with you to eat the gel from.

I usually make 16 of these at a time and use the food processor.

Prepared pouches will keep in freezer for up to a month.
