Ingredients

    1 pound ground turkey
    1 cup carrots
    1 cup peas
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can almond milk
    worcestershire sauce to taste
    steak sauce to taste
    garlic to taste
    pepper to taste
    2 cups mashed potatoes, mixed with 1 egg to bind

Directions

Cook Turkey in large skillet. Add remaining ingredients except potatoes. cook until thickened. poor into casserole dish. Top with mashed potaotes. Cook in 425 oven to set potatoes.
Approximately 4-5 points plus per serving. Could reduce points by using lower cal soup as base, and water instead of milk.
