Ingredients

    1 8oz container of fat free cream cheese
    2 cups 1% milk
    1 box instant sugar free fat free vanilla pudding

Directions

Mix together mix and pudding with hand mixer. Add softened/room temperature cream cheese to the mixture and continue to blend well with hand mixer. Mix until smooth, transfer to small container or individual containers, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
