    *Foster Farm Ground Turkey (Lean) 20 ounce pkg
    *Homemade Italian Tomato Sauce, 2 cup
    *Red Bell Pepper large
    Safeway Dark Red Kidney Beans low sodium, 1- 15oz can
    kale, raw, 1 cup
    *whole onion, raw (1 onion)
    garlic, 1 glove of elephant garlic finely chopped
    coarse ground black pepper


finely chop garlic, chop onion and brown both in skillet with minimal oil, add turkey and cook until brown. Add tomato sauce, and kidney beans and spices. Chop red bell pepper and kale and add. Cook for 45-50 minutes and serve.
