Ingredients

2 (about 1lb total) flat iron steaks
    1/2 cup red cooking wine
    1/4 cup lite soy sauce
    2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup reduced fat blue cheese crumbles

Directions

1. In the bowl of a food processor, combine the red wine, soy sauce, Worcestershire and garlic and pulse just to roughly chop garlic and mix. Transfer to a large resealable plastic bag and add the steak. Seal and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.

2. Remove the meat from the bag and set on a plate. Pour contents of bag in a slow cooker that has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray.

3. Sprinkle each steak with half of the blue cheese mixture and roll tightly. Cut in half to produce 4 equal sized smaller rolls and place in the slow cooker, seam side down.

4. Cover and cook on LOW 5 hours. Serve with a side of rice or potatoes and drizzle pan sauce over the top before serving.
