    2 Eggs
    2 cups flax meal
    Baking powder 2 tbsp.
    1/2 cup water
    egg whites 5
    sweetener 3 packages
    extra virgin olive oil 4 tbsp


**nutrition based on 16 slices**

Add 2 tsp of garlic powder, or PB2, or cinnamon and vanilla to mix it up


Mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl Stir well, add wet and mix again.
Pour into a greased loaf pan and cook for 30 min at 350 or until golden brown

Serving Size: make 16 1/2 inch slices
