Ingredients

    1 large Portabello Mushroom
    1 dsp Pesto Sauce
    1 tbsp Philadelphia Light cream cheese
    spray of oil

Directions

Spray oil on a baking sheet, place wiped mushroom on it (stalk can be removed if wished, or chopped and replaced), spread a dessertspoon pesto sauce inside and top with a tablespoon of Philly light cream cheese. Bake in hot oven for approx 15 mins.
Makes a lovely lunch, breakfast, snack or accompaniment.
