High protein pudding High protein pudding

Ingredients

    one lg box of jello instant vanilla pudding
    3 scoops of whey protein powder
    1 cup of fat free cottage cheese
    1 tsp of cinnamon
    3 cups nonfat milk

    raisins can be added if desired

Directions

just mix the milk protein and pudding first then fold in other ingredients and chill....comes out fantastic....u can add raisins if u wish . It is high protein and makes a great quick breakfast for post operative bariatric people or those who are eating 6 small meals a day. If u let it chill for atleast one hour the texture of the cottage cheese changes and becomes very fluffy and delightful!!
