    Turkey breast meat, 20 ounce(s) (remove)
    *Apple Cortland per 1 Apple ( 138gm), 138 gram(s) (remove)
    *Vidalia onion, raw 1 medium onion, 2 serving (remove)
    *shitake mushrooms, 8 oz (remove)
    *Garlic , Clove Chopped, 3 serving (remove)
    *Olivia's Baby Spinach (2 cups), 1 serving (remove)
    *Tomatoes, S&W Ready-cut diced tomatoes, 1 cup (remove)


One skillet. Add coconut oil (olive oil if you prefer), saute onions, garlic, mushrooms.Cut apple up into small chunks. Add apple. Same with turkey. Add turkey. Add tomatoes. Add spinach. Put cover on and let simmer for a bit longer until turkey is fully cooked.
