    Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 2.5 cup
    100 Calorie Special K Vanilla Almond Grab N Go, 3 serving
    Honey, .33 cup
    Brown Sugar, .25 cup, unpacked
    Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light (Soft), 4 Tbsp
    Apricots, dried, .25 cup, halves, chopped
    *Nestle Mini Chocolate Chips, 5 tbsp


Toast oats in oven at 350 degrees for 5 mins then stir and put back in for another 5 mins.

Put into a large bowl. Mix in almonds.

Cook butter, honey, and brown sugar in a small saucepan until melted.

Pour mixture over nuts and oats. Stir to coat.

Mix in apricots. Let cool for about 5 minutes.

Stir in 4 tbsp. of chocolate in.

Press mixture into a 8 or 9 inch pan that has been lightly sprayed.

Sprinkle leftover chocolate over top.

Cool for 2 hours then cut into 12 pieces.
