    *Aldi Fit & Active Brown Rice 1 Cup, 1 serving
    1-15 oz can Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
    1-15 oz can Tomato Sauce
    1- 15 oz can Kroger clear chicken broth fat free
    1- 10 oz can *Rotel Canned Tomatoes w/Habanero
    1 lb Ground Turkey
    1 pkg *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning
    1 cup Shredded Mexican cheese blend


Serve with tortilla chips. Chips are not configured in recipe.


Brown turkey or ground beef. Drain fat. Mix all ingredients in dutch oven or slow cooker. If using slow cooker set on low for 4 hrs. Stove top simmer over med/low heat for 20 mins. or until rice is done. May be simmered longer if mixture seems too wet. Sprinkle Mexican cheese blend over top.
