    Potato, raw, 3 cup diced
    Chicken Breast, 2 breast, bone and skin removed
    Bacon - Oscar Meyer Low Sodium, 4 pieces
    Cheddar Cheese, 2 oz
    Ranch powder, 2 tsp


Boil the potatoes in a pot and cook off the bacon in a skillet.

While bacon cooks, cut chicken into bite size pieces. Toss the chicken with 1 tsp of ranch powder and some pepper.

Once bacon is cooked allow to cool on a paper towel.

Cook chicken in bacon fat until lightly browned.

Once potatoes are cooked place in a greased baking dish. Layer chicken and bacon over the potatoes. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
