Ingredients

    1 (16 ounce) package uncooked wide egg noodles.
    1 teaspoon olive oil.
    2 pounds frozen medium shrimp.
    10 ounce diced tomatoes.
    5 ounce green bell pepper.
    2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese.
    1 cup chopped onions.
    6 cloves garlic.
    ground black pepper to taste.

Tips

You can add shark steaks and can make it spice by adding green chilies instead of green bell pepper.


Directions

1- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles, cook for 6 to 8 minutes, until al dente, and drain.
2- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Mix in the shrimp, garlic, onions and tomatoes with green pepper. Cover, and cook 15 minutes.
3- Serve the shrimp mixture over the cooked egg noodles. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and season with black pepper.
