    4 cups Quick or Instant oatmeal
    1 tbsp Oil or butter or marg.
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1.5 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 cup raisins
    3/4 cup apple juice
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 cup xylitol
    1tsp Vanilla extract


*Preheat oven to 275
1. Put all ingredients except raisins, vanilla and oats into a sauce pan.
2. Bring to a boil. Boil mixture for 1-2 minutes until syrupy.
3. Turn off heat
4. Stir in vanilla
5. Slowly add liquid over oats in a sepate bowl a few tbsp at a time.
6. Put granola on a cooking sheet and spread out.
7. Bake granola at 275 for 1 hour mixing every 15 minutes, until granola is dry and crispy.
8. Allow to cool, add raisins and store in an airtight container

This makes ten 1/2 cup servings.
I live in China so I have to make a lot of things myself. I eat this for breakfast with a cup of skim milk or I put it in my yougurt. It is yummy and VERY filling! Enjoy!
