Ingredients

    1 cup fresh Baby Spinach Torn into Pieces
    2 cups Romaine Lettuce, Torn
    1 cup red leaf lettuce
    4 medium portabella mushrooms, sliced
    12 cherry or grape tomatoes sliced in half
    1/2 cup chopped cucumber
    1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
    1/2 cup red onion sliced

Directions

Toss all ingredients in large bowl. Keep Refrigerated.
