Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 bunch of Lacinato Kale
1 tsp Pure Sesame Seed Oil
2 Tbs Walden Farms Sesame Ginger Dressing
    1 Tbs Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
    1/2 Tbs Sesame Seeds

Tips

You can try other combinations of flavors, sweet or spicy.

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Cut spines from kale and roughly tear into medium pieces (they shrink about 50%). Rinse and spin to remove most of the water. Pat dry with paper towels.

3. Combine liquid ingredients in a small dish. Put 1/2 the Kale in a small bowl and pour 1/2 of the mixture over it. Massage the kale with your hands, making sure to coat each piece.

4. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper. Lay out the kale in a single layer, close together but not overlapping. Sprinkle lightly with 1/2 the sesame seeds.

5. If you have more cookie sheets, you can prepare the rest of the kale now. If not, wait until the first batch is done, re-line the cookie sheets with new parchment, and do the second half.

6. Bake approximately 12-14 minutes, remove before edges scorch.

7. Cool and store in an airtight container.
