    5-7 Red Potatos
    5 Stalks of Celery
    1 bag of baby carrots
    2-3 small onions
    1/4 cup of A1
    1 Lipton onion soup
    2 TBSP Minced Garlic
    2 Diced Tomato (15oz can) reserve juice.
    Pot Roast (medium 3-5 lbs)


* Pepper to taste the pot roast and sear on both sides to lock in the juices.
* chop celery and potatos into bite size pieces. Place in the bottom of crock pot.
* Top with 1 can of diced tomatos (reserve juice).
* Place pot roast on top
* Quarter onions and place around roast, same with second can of tomatos.
* Mix A1, and Lipton onion soup with reserved tomato juice and pour over roast.
* Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
