Ingredients

    dried cranberries 1/3 cup chopped
    rolled oats 1.5 cups
    slivered almonds .25 cup
    sesame seeds 3 tbsp.
    honey 4 tbsp

Tips

Let sit for about 2 hours before eating and wrap separately or you can place in square and cut into 6 equal bars


Directions

mix all ingredients together well spray ice cream dipper with Pam spray and split equally into 6 bars also spray hands with Pam to prevent sticking.
