Number of Servings: 22


    400 grams of tuna (light oil)
    1 T of dried parsley
    35 grams of dried panko flakes
    1 diced medium onion
    1 egg
    1 T mayo
    1 t salt
    4 dashes of pepper (to taste)
    2 t of Olive oil


Mix all the ingredients, except the oil, very well with your hands until everything sticks together and form into mini-burgers. Fry on both sides over medium heat, turning gently so they don't fall apart.

Serving Size: Makes 22 mini burgers
