Ingredients

    1.5 Cooked Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
    1.5 c Black Beans
    1.5 c Canned Corn
    1 Mango, diced
    1/2 c diced onion
    1 red bell pepper, diced
    1/3 cup canola oil
    juice from 2 limes
    salt and pepper to taste

    Mix all ingredients together and allow to sit in the ice box for a couple hours.
