    32 oz. pkg. frozen diced hash browns potatoes
    1 C. diced onions
    1 pkg. country gravy mix
    32 oz. low fat free chicken broth
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese to sprinkle on top


If using O'Brien hash browns omit onions.
Ham may be added.


In large sauce pan combine potatoes, onions, gravy mix and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 45 min. Sprinkle cheese on top to tasted when served.

Serving Size: Makes 8 - 1 1/2 cup servings.
