Introduction

Not much in the fridge? With one or two chicken fillets and some odds and ends veggies you can whip up some stir fry. Not much in the fridge? With one or two chicken fillets and some odds and ends veggies you can whip up some stir fry.

Ingredients

    2 Skinless Chicken Breast fillets
    3 tbs Sesame Oil
    3 tbs Kikkoman Soy Sauce
    Green Beans
    Brussels Sprouts
    Garlic
    Radish
    Spinach
    Flax Seed

Tips

Substitute low sodium Soy Sauce and maybe use less oil than I did. This was my first time doing an ad-hoc stir fry and really had no clue what I was doing. It actually turned out ok though.


Directions

Add other vegetables as desired. Cook chicken and harder veggies first in the wok, then add the softer veggies.

Serving Size: Enough for three or four
