    6 tsp Dijon mustard
    3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    1 med cooking onion (green onions if phase 1)
    3 tbsp. low sodium Kikkoman's soy sauce
    2 lbs pork loin
    6 tbsp. No Sugar Added Maple Syrup
    6 cloves of garlic minced


Line the bottom of the crock pot with the onion, sliced. Top with the pork loin. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over pork. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3
