Introduction

One large pancake made with banana and egg. Flour free! One large pancake made with banana and egg. Flour free!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 banana, ripe to overripe
    1 egg
    1 scoop protein powder (I used vanilla, but other flavors would work too)
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 pat unsalted butter

Directions

Heat pan to medium/medium-high.

In a bowl, mash banana until goopy. Add 1 egg, 1 scoop protein powder, and cinnamon. Stir with a whisk until all are evenly mixed.

Melt 1 pat of butter in pan. Once melted, pour in pancake mix. Heat 3 minutes and then flip. Turn down heat a touch and heat another 3 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 1 very large pancake
