Number of Servings: 6


    2 large Granny Smith Apples, cut into match sticks
    1 cup carrots, cut into match sticks
    1/4 to 1/2 cup diced red onion (to your own preferences)
    1/4 cup reduced sugar craisins
    3 TBSP apple cider vinegar
    3 TBSP honey
    3 teaspoons any dijon mustard
    2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil


Whisk the dressing and set aside.
Cut apples and carrots to matchstick size, combine with red onion.
Toss in the dressing, refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
Sprinkle craisins on top before serving.

Serving Size: 6 servings, 1/2 cup each
