Introduction

I adjusted this Yummnly Healthy Cookie recipe to substitute applesauce for the oil in the original recipe. We also like a little nutty flavor, so we added walnuts. Ingredients

    Ripe Bananas
    Vanilla Extract
    Apple Sauce
    Rolled Oats

    Almond Meal and/or Unbleached Flour if you don't have Almond Meal on hand

    Unsweetened shredded Coconut
    Cinnamon
    Sea Salt
    Baking Powder
    Chocolate Chips
    Walnuts - OPTIONAL

Directions

Add all ingredients in a bowl ... mix thoroughly.
Spoon onto PAM SPRAYED baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Cook @ 350 for 15 minutes
Makes 24 cookies
