Number of Servings: 18


    *Onion - Yellow (1 Cup)
    *bell pepper, avg. size, whole
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped or diced
    Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
    *Boulion Cubes - Beef Flavored,
    *Onion powder, 3 tsp
    Garlic powder, 3 tsp
    *2 tsp Italian Seasoning, 1 serving
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
    *Tomato juice, with salt added, 64 fl oz
    Water, tap, 32 fl oz
    *(C) Garlic, minced, 1 tsp


Place all ingredients in a large pot or slow cooker. On the stove: cook on medium high for 7 to 10 minutes then reduce heat to medium low for 30 minutes more. In slow cooker, cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Serve hot.
