Ingredients

    .5 cup Greek Yogurt
    .5 cup Almond Milk
    Med Banana (Frozen)
    2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
    1 Tbsp Acacia Powder (Optional for additional Fiber)
    1 Tbsp Hershy Cocoa
    1 Tbsp Local Honey (Optional, for additional benefits)
    1-2 cups Kale or Spinach
    As much Cayeene Pepper Powder you can stand (Boosts Metabolism!)
    1/2 cup Ice IF banana isn't frozen

Tips

Freeze banana so you don't have to add ice!
Ice just waters it down


Directions

Add all ingredients to smoothie
blend
