Introduction

Ingredients

    8 oz boiling water
    1 small box sugar free jello, lemon or another flavor
    12 oz philadelphia cream cheese, regular
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Tips

If made with lemon, tastes a little like cheesecake! Other flavors are good too for variety.


Directions

Use 8 oz boiling water and mix in 8 cup bowl with 1 package of sugar free jello until dissolved. May use any flavor. Add 12 oz cream cheese and use electric mixer to blend in same bowl, and when mixed, add 1-2 tsp. of vanilla. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm, then serve or cover for later use.

Serving Size: makes 4 servings, easily doubles
