Great easy pulled pork for tacos, salads, even to put on eggs. Great easy pulled pork for tacos, salads, even to put on eggs.

Find a pork butt (pork shoulder), 4-6 pounds or so, that will fit in your crock pot.

Use this pulled pork on salads, or put it in tacos (no extra seasoning needed) with veggies. This is also good on eggs for breakfast instead of bacon. Super easy.

At around 9 pm the night before you want the roast, put it in crock pot. Salt and pepper.

Turn crock pot on LOW. Go to bed.

Around noon the next day, carefully pull roast out of pot and place on cutting board or cookie sheets. With forks, or your hands, separate fat and bones from meat and discard. Pull meat apart and then return to crock pot. It will hold until you are ready for it. WARM setting on crock pot is perfect.

Serving Size: 6 lb roast makes 24 4-oz servings
