    *Garlic, Minced (2 Clove), 1 serving
    Fish, Atlantic Salmon, Fresh, 6 oz
    Pepper, black, 6 tbsp
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp
    Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, 2 tsp unpacked


1) Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, & garlic in a zip-top plastic bag & mix well. Add salmon & seal bag. Refrigerate for 2-8 hrs.

2) Remove salmon from marinade & discard marinade. Coat fillet side of salmon with very coarsely ground black pepper.

3) Heat olive oil in a sauté pan or grill pan over medium heat. Place salmon, skin side up in pan & sauté about 7 minutes. Flip & sauté other side about 7 minutes, until fish flakes with a fork.
