    Preheat oven to 400 degrees farinheit

    In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon

    In a second bowl, beat butter (softened) and sugar until creamy. Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

    Alternating between dry and wet ingredients, mix together until just combined.

    Place silicone mini donut mold on epicure's baking sheet. Lightly brush with oil, or spray with oil.

    Fill each mold 2/3 full. (put mix in a large ziplock bag and cut end off, works great for filling the mold)

    Bake 10-12 min, until a toothpick inserted comes clean

    When cool to touch, flip donut mold onto baking sheet and twist to pop out donuts. Wait for donuts to cool before adding topping.
