    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    Water chestnuts, 0.5 cup slices
    Tofu, extra firm, 0.2 block
    Peanuts, dry-roasted, 2 oz
    Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    Coconut Oil, 2 tbsp
    Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp


Melt coconut oil in wok or skillet. Chop tofu into small pieces and stir fry in oil. Chop all other veggies while tofu is browning. Add additional indgredients after tofu has browned. Season with sesame oil and serve over noodles or rice.
