Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey, 16 oz
Hunts Diced Tomatoes No Salt, 7 cup
    White Onion Raw 1 cup(chopped)
    Celery, raw, 1 cup (chopped)
Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 cup (chopped)

Can add chunks of avocado and fat-free sour cream to individual servings but I like it as is.

1. Heat olive oil in a medium size pot on a medium setting
2. Add onions, celery and bell pepper; and cook until tender. About 5-8 minutes
3. Add turkey and cook until no longer pink
4. Add rest of ingredients
5. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 25 minutes
