Ingredients

    1 3/4 cups flour
    1 cup white sugar
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon nutmeg
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon allspice
    1 cup pumpkin
    1/2 cup oil, I used half butter half coconut oil
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 cups cranberries coarsely chopped

Directions

preheat oven to 350
combine dry ingredients in medium bowl
combine all other ingredients except cranberries in separate bowl and mix well. Add to dry ingredients just until moistened. Stir in cranberries. spoon into lined muffin pan and bake for 20 min.

Serving Size: I got 18 good sized muffins
