Ingredients



    Chicken Broth, 5 cup, low sodium
    *coconut milk canned 1/2 can
    Canned Chicken, 1 can
    *A Taste of Thai - Red Curry Paste, 3 tsp
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large

Tips

You could add the chicken at any point...I just wait till the end because it's already cooked and just needs heating. Also, because I want to eat my soup ASAP I find that adding the chicken cools off the broth a little and I can eat it faster!


Directions

Mix the broth, curry, and coconut milk in a pot and get it heating on the stove.
Meanwhile, beat the two eggs in a bowl.
Once the broth is boiling, drizzle in the eggs, stirring gently as you pour.
Add the canned chicken
