Ingredients
Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp
Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
Green Onion 4 stalk,
*Bell Pepper, Red , Chopped, .25 cup
Garlic, 2 clove
Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp
Tarragon, ground, 1 tsp
Chicken Broth, 1.25 cup
Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value .5 cups
Parmesan Cheese, shredded, .5 cups
Water, tap, .25 cup
Directions
Cook fish as desired, whether in oven or on grill.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in the green onions, red bell pepper, garlic, and a pinch of red pepper flakes until the vegetables have softened, about 5 minutes.
Pour in the broth, and season with dill and tarragon. Simmer for 2 minutes, then add the milk, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then dissolve the flour into the water, and stir into the boiling sauce. Return to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low, and simmer until the sauce has thickened, about 10 minutes. Spoon the sauce over the fish to serve.
