Ingredients

    2 16oz bags frz broccoli
    1 cup milk
    2 tbsp brommel and brown spread(or butter)
    2 tbsp flour(or thickener)
    1 8oz 1/2 less fat cream cheese
    1 cup mozzarella cheese
    Spices & Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Put Frozen broccoli in a microwaveable bowl. Nuke 2-3mins till thawed.

Use spoon to break up chunks- add milk, Brommel, and spices. I used dried onion flakes, garlic, italian seasoning and some S & P.

Nuke another 2-3mins. Stir. Add flour 1-2 tbsp & Stir. Nuke 2-3mins.

Mix in 1 cup cheese. Pour into a 13 x 9 pan and bake 40mins at 350degrees.
