Ingredients

    8 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs (trim fat)
    6 tbsp. Olive Oil
    1/2 c. Flour
    1/2 tsp Paprika
    1/2 tbsp. Onion Powder
    1 tsp. Salt
    1tsp. Black Pepper

Directions

1. Mix together flour, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat skillet and olive oil.
3. Dredge chicken thighs in flour mixture.
4. Place in skillet and cook until golden brown (about 5-7 min. per side)

  • Easy & tasty. Nice to avoid turning on the oven in this heat! I served with yellow beans & quinoa (into which I stirred zesty italian dressing, sauted onions & wilted kale leaves). Also made a small traditional greek salad on the side. - 8/9/16
