    1.5 lbs chicken breasts, boneless / skinless
    1 jar Trader Joe's Pineapple Salsa

Directions

1. Pour salsa over the chicken in a crockpot.
2. Cook over low for 4-6 hours, until cooked through and easily shreds with a fork
3. Shred and serve as desired, in taco shells, over salad, over rice, or straight from the pot!
