    2 cups Heart Smart Bisquick
    1/2 cup cold water
    1/4 cup Great Value original liquid eggs
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 large unpeeled apple, chopped (about 1 3/4 cup)
    1/4 cup powdered sugar


Preheat oven to 375. Prepare 2 cookie sheets with cooking spray and place in heated oven.
In a large bowl, stir Bisquick mix, water, egg, granulated sugar and cinnamon. Fold in apple.
Remove heated cookie sheets from oven and divide the batter into 12 fritters, 6 per cookie sheet. Spread out and bake until crispy on the sides. Around 12-15 minutes.
