Ingredients

    2 lbs. Quick Cooking Dry Oatmeal
    2 cups Brown Sugar, packed
    8 oz. Honey
    1-1/3 tbsp.Vanilla Extract, imitation
    4 tbsp. Cinnamon, Ground
    1 cup Canola Oil
    2 cups Raisins
    2 cups Pecans, Chopped
    2 cups Coconut, Raw

Tips

Great to make and store in the fridge. Can substitute any type of nut you prefer.


Directions

Combine oats, brown sugar and cinnamon in large bowl. Mix honey, oil and vanilla together in small bowl. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Best to use your hands. Spread mixture evenly on a large sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Stir every 10 minutes. When done let cool and then add raisins, nuts and coconut. Place in airtight container for storage.
