    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    Onions, raw, 120 grams
    *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 7 tsp (sachet)
    Beans, red kidney, 240 grams
    Stewed Tomatoes, 400 grams
    Mushrooms, fresh, 185 grams
    Beans, lima, 240 grams
    Quorn, Grounds, 6 serving (300g)
    Water 10floz


chop the onion and add to a pan with the olive oil, cook until the onions are almost transparant, add all the other ingredients and bring to the boil, then simmer for about 20 mins.

Use with tortilla's, jacket pots etc: about 1 serving is 1/3 cup - (2 = 350g) add grated cheese to add extra flavour, or fat free cheeses..
